Thrifting Thursday 10-31-13 More 'Tin'-tastic Bling
Greetings Thrifty Readers~
A few weeks ago I wrote a post on using repurposed candy tins. I have been having so much fun with them since, I thought I would do a quick, picture heavy post to show you some more of what can be done.
These are all hand cut, filed, embossed or etched, sanded and treated with a variety of patina products, alcohol inks, stamps and more. Enjoy!

Looks like you've been having fun. I really love the bracelet from the multi-colored tin where you've sanded off the color on the highlights. Subtractive color. It's really effective and brings a very different look to the mix. I'm really enjoying your Thrifting Thursday posts, by the way.
