Spend-thrift Thursday!

I'm visiting my family this week as we take my son to his freshman year of college. Today we had the opportunity to check out the Hobby Lobby.
This is a great art & craft store with everything you need ...and a lot you didn't know you needed till you saw it!

Here's today's jackpot.
Bargain priced Fimo clay in metallic gold & copper plus two sets of buttons for more polymer beads using my tutorial from The Blue Bottle Tree.

I found a set of Beadalon nylon replacement tips for my wire straightening pliers which I have been looking for for a while now.

I aquired a new Vintaj folder to use with my Cuttlebug embosser and some 'Iced Enamels' product in fire opal for use with resin.

The items I am most excited about are the 'Easy to Cut' linoleum and linoleum cutters. I have been wanting to start making my own stamps for use with polymer clay and this will be a great way to do that.
So I am quite pleased with today's shopping adventure. Sure wish we had a Hobby Lobby nearer to me.
Warm Regards,
Tammie

  1. I sometimes complain about how far I am from craft and bead stores, Tammie... but then I count the money I save by NOT having easy access (more to spend on artisan stuff LOL). But it IS fun to check all those new and hot goodies!
