Pinterest Monday ~ 2/11/13

Hello Friends,
Today's Pinterest Monday revolves around outdoor living.
We are currently renting the house we live in so I can't do as much to it as I would like. There are however,  a few things I plan to do anyway since we have decided to sign an additional 3 year lease. This will be our HOME through June of 2016. Just 'cause we're renting doesn't mean I don't want it to look as nice as it can. The yard has a lot of huge trees and the back yard is almost all dirt.... :-(  so I have my work cut out for me.
I also plan to do some container veggie gardening this year since there is nothing like a home grown tomato....
Without further ado....
Shade garden
I LOVE hostas & this house is almost all shade

How to have an awesome pepper harvest. Spray the plant with Epsom salts (1 teaspoon dissolved in a spray bottle of warm water (about 4 cups). That gives the pepper plant a boost of magnesium that is required at flowering time to produce fruit. Spray them again 10 days later and in a few weeks, our expert friends report, you will have more peppers than you can eat.
I want oooodles of peppers...
