BEAD HOARDER'S Blog Hop
Welcome Fellow Bead Hoarder's Collectors!
As a long time hoarder collector [of beads and other trinkets and baubles]
I was very interested in participating in Lori Anderson's Bead Hoarder's Blog Hop.
I have squirreled away quite a number of beauties over the years and like a miser I take them out and look at them and then hurry and put them away so I am not tempted to use them.
Silly right?
I haven't been doing much actual beading recently, I've been working on building up my assemblage inventory, so it was a double challenge, not only choose from my stash but also to let go of some of my precious treasures.
Last summer I was a winner in a give-away hosted by Marla James. I won a beautiful collection of her ceramic art beads. So I broke down and chose these unique triangles. Because I didn't want to detract from their natural beauty, I decided to go very simple~ I made some antique bronze ear wires and added a faceted czech crystal in a creamy white and amber blend. VOILA'
FUN and funky, reflecting the current trend of match but mis-match and best of all,
it felt good to use some of my stash.
THANKS FOR HOPPING
I appreciate your time and if you would, please consider 'following' my blog on the left

If you have a moment, I will share a quick view of my other 'hoard'. I have been on an
'assemblage binge' lately and these are what has come from that humungous pile.
I prefer to say 'cache of treasures' but you get the idea.
