Linda and Opie O'Brien of Burnt Offerings demonstrated this technique in METAL DISCOVERY WORKSHOP, published in 2005 by North Light. It may be out of print now. They are friends of mine and made the most AMAZING stuff out of tins, published many times....and the shears used here were their favorite tool.
